New Delhi, 26 September 2013: India went down fighting against Korea 1-2 in the semi-finals of the 8th Women’s Asia Cup played at the National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia today.

Korea who led 2-0 at the half time scoring through Cheun Seul Ki in the 2nd minute and Cheun eul Bi in the 10th minute. India worked hard to reduce the margin in the second half with Captain Ritu Rani converting a penalty corner in the 57th minute.

India will now play in the 3rd/4th position play-off on Friday 27 September 2013.
