India beat Netherlands 4-2

New Delhi, 8 May 2013: India scored twice in each half, as they defeated Netherlands 4-2 in the match played at Rotterdam today.

India opened its account with the field goal scored by Chinglensana in the 10^th minute. Manpreet Singh scored another goal in the 20^th minute for India.

In the second half India scored another two goals through SV Sunil (52^nd min) and Nithin Thimmaiah (66^th min).

This tour is seen as preparations of the Senior Men team for FIH Men’s Hockey World League Round-3 (Semi-final) to be played at Rotterdam, Netherlands from 13-23 June 2013.
